Strength for Life offers excellent semi-private personal training sessions.
A fun, and varied, movement and exercise program allows you to set individual goals, and achieve them with the accountability of likeminded people and excellent coaching.
The Strength for Life system is delivered as usual, however there is a requirement for a more independent focus within your regime given less contact time with a trainer. Programs are streamlined somewhat to allow everyone progress, to ensure group compliance, enjoyment and progress.
The purpose of this service is to take a group of likeminded people from wherever they begin towards towards their own individual goals.
