What is involved
Dietary coaching is a service generally reserved for recreational athletes and sportspeople as a means to maximise performance and recovery.
The aim is to take a functional look at your nutrition and tweak different aspects to maximise progress.
This is not generally suitable for the average trainee and will not cater for those who are less than driven about their dietary targets. Basic compliance is assumed, little time will be set aside for encouraging this.
Dietary foundations will be corrected and/or established in the beginning and progressions made as required depending on hitting goals.
Strength for Life dietary coaching is available online via Skype consultations and in person on a bi-monthly 30 min check up format.

What you will be required to do
Comply to the plan and question every step to ensure you are learning and developing dietary knowledge alongside achieving your targets.
In person feedback sessions will require progress photos, skin fold body fat analysis.
Online feedback will require progress photos, and personal measurements.
How payment works
An initial set up fee plus additional ongoing monthy payments.
Minimum 3 month commitment.
